This issue have been resolved. I've found that this issue is about DisplayLinkManager extension can't be loaded. Here is is steps.

1. Uninstall your DisplayLink driver.
2. Restart, press and hold down Command + R keys immediately upon its redirect to Recovery mode.
3. Run the command
Code:
csrutil disable
4. Restart your Mac, after the OS is loaded, run the command
Code:
sudo kextcache -invalidate /
5. Install your DisplayLink driver.
6. Run the command in #4 once again.
7. Repeat step in #2
8. Run the command
Code:
csrutil enable
9. Restart your, the DisplayLink extension should be loaded.

Hopefully, this would you guys who faced this issue.
