Hello,
Thank you for contacting our support. Could you please tell me what model of a docking station are you using? Also, are you using only 1 external monitor? Thank you for providing your present configuration and an exact description of your issue. In the log files I may see that you are using a BETA driver app. Please firstly upgrade it to the newest possible version as you are running an older one right now. Here is the newest: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1552 Do you see the application "DisplayLink Manager" running in the right upper corner? If not, please launch it.
