This issue does not occur before 08/20/2020.

My CPU usage is between 30-60% constantly while I have the DisplayLink running. Windows Foundation processes seem to be common in thread.

Is there a fix for this?

What's your system setup/specs?

I used to have the issue, but after deep troubleshooting I found out that the issue was being caused by glitches -- more or less -- in the software being run while connected.
