MBA M1 11.3.1, DisplayLink 1.3

I really don't know it is okay or not but

No actions on DisplayLink monitor: DisplayLink Manager 0.1% - 0.9% CPU, WindowsSever 2%-3%.

Dragging Chrome view: DisplayLink Manager 66% CPU, WindowsSever 42% CPU

Also has a lot of lags during dragging big (more than a half of screen) view.
