DisplayLink not showing in DeviceManager

When the Belkin Dock is not plugged in, there are no "Generic USB Hub" entries under "Universal Serial Bus controllers". When the Dock is plugged in there are 3 "Generic" entries. Here are their hardware ID values:

○ Universal Serial Bus controllers
§ Generic USB Hub
□ USB\VID_0BDA&PID_5411&REV_0101
□ USB\VID_05E3&PID_0610&REV_3298
□ USB\VID_0BDA&PID_5411&REV_0002
