Hello,

Your hardware does not feature DisplayLink technology.
The DisplayLink Manager app is for products with DisplayLink technology.
In Lenovo portfolio, the Lenovo Hybrid USB-C USB-A Docking station features DisplayLink technology and will enable two displays on Apple M1.

Your docking station will not display two different external displays on Apple M1. For more questions on the product you own, I recommend you contact Lenovo.
