According to the information here --> https://www.dell.com/support/home/en...-dock/overview the Dell WD19 dock does NOT use DisplayLink technology. As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to assist you.

The WD19 docking station relies on USB Type-C VESA Alt Mode video output from the host computer in order to drive the dock-connected displays.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no type of hardware 'switch' that would allow you to 'share' the WD19 docking station between two computers.
