MacBook (Catalina/D6000 dock) only recognising one out of three extended displays

I'm having a similar issue. I just upgraded to the M2 Macbook air and when I connect to the D6000 Dell dock (which I use for work with a Dell laptop), it only connects to the 2 display port screens - it doesn't recognize the HDMI screen.

I've updated the DisplayLink software but no change.

Would love to get a fix for this!
