Hello,

Dell Performance Dock – WD19DCS and Dell WD19 are not DisplayLink powered devices.

These docking stations will not communicate with DisplayLink driver or be detected by the driver. Dell D3100, Dell D6000 and Dell UD22 are DisplayLink powered docking stations.

It is best to contact the manufacturer or seller you bought the devices from for further support of WD19DCS and WD19.

The easy way to confirm if this product is DisplayLink powered is to check how it is detected under the USB bus. Please navigate to device manager:
  1. Choose "About this Mac" from the Apple menu on the top left corner of your main screen
  2. Click on "More Info..."
  3. On Lion and later: click on "System Report…"
  4. The System Information application will open
  5. Select the USB information from the Hardware category as shown in the screenshot:
  6. In the USB devices list, locate the docking station.
  7. Please check if you see the device described here as Dell Dock and the Vendor ID is listed as Dell (Inc.). If yes, this means that this product is not using DisplayLink technology.
However if you are able to find one that marks Vendor ID as DisplayLink (UK) Ltd. just like the screenshot shows, then the product is using DisplayLink technology.

You should be judge this yourself based on this information alone.
