I have a usb switch/hub with 3 of the usb 3.0 to 2 hdmi adapters and 6 monitors.. It works fine with my win 11 laptop, but i cant get it to work with my new m4 mac mini. I can see that it is recognizing SMI USB Display in system information 3 times. But the displays never wake up. Appreciate any help

Try connecting the USB adapters to different USB ports on your Mac Mini. Sometimes, certain ports may have better compatibility.

I would suggest directly contacting the original manufacturer of the products you are using for support. |

hi all, have been using the DISPLAYLINK MINISOPURU docking station very efficiently so far as follows:
- two SAMSUNG monitors plugged in the DP ports - USB C cable plugged alternatively into either my work PC (no drivers needed) or my personal macbook pro (needed to download the drivers - all good) PROBLEM SET: just got a MAC MINI M4 (brand new), downloaded the drivers -> after 30' of working ok, the MAC MINI started to crash every 2-3 mins; TROUBLESHOOTING I removed the DISPLAYLINK drivers and connected one of the two monitors directly into the MAC MINI and the crashing stopped HELP PLEASE ! |
