For your reference, DisplayLink technology is combination of software and hardware. The Dell WD22TB4 docking station does NOT have DisplayLink technology inside of it, which means that DisplayLink will not be able to assist you.

The Dell WD22TB4 is a Thunderbolt 4 docking station that relies completely on the display output capabilities of the host computer in order to drive the connected displays.

A MacBook Pro with an M1 processor has an internal limitation in which it can only support one external display via a Thunderbolt docking station. This internal limitation of your laptop is why only one external display is working.

If you wish to add to external monitors to your Mac, you will need a docking station based on DisplayLink technology. DisplayLink maintains a list of DisplayLink-based docking stations here --> https://www.synaptics.com/products/d...cking_stations

Again for your reference, the Dell D6000 docking station DOES have DisplayLink technology inside of it, which is why the result differed.
