I have an M2 Macbook Air (2022) running Sequoia 15.3.1 and just installed DisplayLink manager 1.11 on a DisplayLink D6000 Dock. My USB keyboard and mouse are no longer working with the dock. They are older plug and play peripherals that worked with previous releases of MacOS and DisplayLink manager. The devices also work when I plug the dock into my Windows Thinkpad.
Screensharing is working on the Macbook with the updated OS and DL 1.11 software. Any help? Thanks! |

The mouse and keyboard don't work after my MacBook wakes up from sleep. Displays work fine. I need to restart my Mac to get things working again. Until I put my Mac to sleep…

Hi andre3000,
It seems that your problem can be solved by firmware updates on the Dell D6000, which can be downloaded here. This tool is only available for Windows PCs and will be required to perform the update. The entire process will take no longer than 5 minutes.
