Hi
I recently purchased the Revodok Pro 9-in-1 USB-C Docking Station (CM615). I have two monitors connected to the device from a Macbook Air (2020 - M1). The DisplayLink Manager appears to have found the two monitors, however, only giving output from one. The Dock was working perfectly fine unitl yesterday. If anyone is able to help, that would be great. Thanks, |

Good to know. I joined the forum to try and get some help with this. I've ordered and return 3 x different docking stations thinking it was the docks. My OS is Sequoia 15.3.2 so that explains it.

Hello all,
According to the test that we run, everything works as it should. We recommend using End-User Cleaner tool and reinstalling DisplayLink Manager app. You can download this tool here.

Hi!
I've just go round to buying another doc, running the clean tool and installing the software and it now works perfectly. This is the doc i'm running with the Macbook Air M1. Unlike some other docks, this has zero lag which. Thanks for the support and guidance with this. Br Ricky |
