The 'No Monitor' issue: issue & system detail & temporary "fix"

Thank you for your report, and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Based on debug data provided by end users, I can confirm that a series of Dell U2xxxx monitors are affected when connected via DP port. Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue, and we aim to provide a solution in the next release.
