144hz monitor but testing shows 60hz refresh rate

Unfortunately, no, the version 15 drivers have the same behvaior.

I opened a support ticket months ago and they said they would look into it, but I have yet to hear back after their initial response telling me that they were looking into it.

This was in November, and now its Feburary
