Thanks for the info.
The Lenovo dock you linked is a Thunderbolt dock, not DisplayLink and unfortunately, we won't be able to help in this case.

I did install the latest one (15.1.0 build 51).
It doesn't work on both DisplayLink 13 and 15.1.0.

What monitors do you connect to the Anker dock?
What is your Mac model, macOS version and DisplayLink Manager version you are using?
