Default Mac connected but not recognized by DisplayLinkManager

Hi,

Since yesterday, it seems for no reason that I cannot connect my Mac to my monitors through Belkin Dual Display USB-C Dock.
Although it is connected (as it is charging successfully), I'm stuck with DisplayLinkManager stating that I should connect my device...

Is it a known issue ? What should I try ? I already sent logs captured by the SupportTool to the support yesterday.

Thanks

Hello,

It depends which Belkin Dual Display USB-C Dock you actually have:
  • Model INC002 is a DisplayLink product
  • Model INC004 is not - DisplayLink Manager doesn't detect it and this product doesn't need DisplayLink Manager to work
It's a bit confusing, but I hope with this info it's a bit clearer now.

Regards,
Szymonm

I have the same issue ("No device detected") with Macbook Air M5 (Tahoe 26.3.1) and my HP Thunderbolt Dock G4. Displaylink manager 15.1.0 (Build 51).

Hi Patlan,

HP Thunderbolt Dock G4 is not a DisplayLink product. This is the reason DisplayLink Manager doesn't recognize it and this product doesn't need DisplayLink Manager to work.

Default Ugreen adaptor and Display link not working - dual monitor M2

Dear Display Link,

I am having issues with your software. I recently bought a Ugreen Revodok Pro adaptor for my M2 MacBook Air.
My goal is to be able to run 2 external monitors plus the built-in display.
Adaptor seems to be working, but your software does not recognise the screens.

I tried to use a different adapter previously but had the same issue.

Please help as the issue is becoming more and more fustrating.

Thanks,
Laszlo
