Default The thing keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 5 seconds

Hello
I just got my displaylink thingie and it worked for the first time but after a
while when i got back to my computer i noticed that all my screens are flickering
so i opened the display details in win7 to show me how many screens are
connected and the thing keeps disconnecting and reconnecting about every
5 seconds non stop.

I tried installing the latest driver and nothing.

Tried disconnecting the unit from the usb socket and reconnecting and still nothing...

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Roi.

If it is the USB that keeps connecting/disconnecting, this can be due to a lack of USB power. Is it connected directly to the PC? and the PC is not on battery?
