Default Repeated disconnects and reconnects.

Followed troubleshooting guide from post http://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=896 and am posting the diagnostic output as instructed in the KB article.

The Dell Inspiron laptop is connected to a Dell D3100 dock. All was well until a few weeks ago when the displays began cycling periodically. Purchased a new D3100 dock to see if the hardware was failing but still cycles with a brand new unit/cables/power supply. Also tried a working D3100 from my other PC, same result.

Sent an e-mail to tech support who suggested I update the DisplayLink software, performed this step to bring driver to version 7.9.630.0 but no joy.

Please advise as to what the enclosed diagnostic tool reveals, and let me know how I can read the advanced logs - they are encrypted.

TIA, Kevin
