Toshiba Dynadock U3.0 Issue

I'm running an Asus G53SX and have recently bought a Dynadock for use at home, the USB port replication is working but the screen and the Ethernet port are not seeming to work. Any solutions for this issue?

Asus, Dell, HP same symphom (hardware Targus or Toshiba docking station), is DisplayLink software the problem ???
