Default Displaylink doesnt recognize monitor

I seem to be having the same problem as others, ie: failure to recognize monitor. Been through the entire checklist and the software is installed and working fine, but it can't identify the monitor. HDMI cable and HDMI port are good. Profile logs uploaded for any suggestions!

Thanks,

Default Failure to detect monitor

James,

Updated to suggested display driver, no change. In the Displaylink Manager, should I select "extend" or "duplicate" screen?

In the Samsung Audio/Video device settings, should I pick extend or mirror?

Thanks for your help,

Dan
