Default LOTS of files in C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Debug

I just noticed a ton of files in my C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Debug folder, going back a long time.

I see the last post in http://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=62991 and http://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=62242 asked about whether there were lots of files in C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Debug folder and if the support tool was used. Unfortunately I do not see replies to either query.

I did have trouble when I first installed the software and used the support tool. I just ran it now and it says debugging is off though.

How can I turn off this logging?

Thanks.

There will still be some logging with Advanced Logging turned off. It is best to:

1. Stop the DisplayLink service
2. Delete all files from C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Debug folder
3. Make sure Advanced logging is turned off with the debug tool.
4. Start the DisplayLink service

There should only be a few files created in the Debug folder now, and they will overwrite each other.
