I recently purchased a Dell D3000 dock and tried to use the installation cd, as well as downloaded drivers (7.6.1 and 7.6) off of the support page. All files will just flash a progress bar very briefly (so quickly that I cannot read or even get a screen capture) and end. No further messages or anything. There is nothing in my all programs so nothing seems to be installed. I also tried the method of plugging the dock in, and using windows update,and it did download a file, but once again, nothing appears under my programs.

Hi,
Please attach the output of this tool: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below. From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool which will be in a folder called "DisplayLink Support Files" on your desktop. Thanks, James |
