Default DisplayLink docking station doesn't work on USB 3.0 while working properly on USB 2.0

Hi,
I am trying to get Toshiba Dynadock U3.0 running under Windows 8.1. It works great connected to USB 2.0, but not with USB 3.0. In this case ethernet, audio and video do not work. The system doesn't see them at all (even as unrecognized devices). The docking station is however found, appears in "devices", but only with usb functions. And there is still this annoying information that it can work faster with USB 3.0 (while it is actually connected to it).

I've tried various drivers, rebooting, clean installations, usb registry cleaning and nothing works. Any idea where to look?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

So I can advise please attach the output of this tool:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool which will be in a folder called "DisplayLink Support Files" on your desktop.

Thanks,
James
