Display Setup reset after Mac restart

got a Mac Pro 2008 running 10.10 with 3 Screens connected, an Iyama ProLite 30" and two 20" cinema displays. Setup = cinema displays on top, iyama beneath them. the upper right display is connected to a D-Link USB to VGA adapter driver version 2.3beta.

when I restart it always changes the setup to 3 screens next to each other.

very annoying. any solutions?
