Newbie to forum

I just bought the usb30 to hdmi converter and have had significant setup issues. I found the kb to troubleshoot my last issue (usb port intermittently disconnects and reconnects) and followed all the suggestions. It said if this didn't fix it to run the data collector and upload the generated .zip file to this forum. I have done that. Hoping now that I can find a solution to this and not have to send back the device. I like having two displays but I do want them to work consistently.
