Default DisplayLink just stopped working

I have 2 users who use the HP USB Display Link device. It's worked perfectly for over a year now. Just the other morning, they both stopped working. I took both devices and tested on my desktop which is identical to theirs and it worked perfectly included the installation. I have removed the drivers and software from their machines, made sure they were updated and restarted. The USB portion comes up prompting the installation, goes through. Software appears to install, device installs and shows in Device Manager. Click to enable it, it refreshes, then refreshes again, and disables. The service is running. I'm just not sure what I'm missing.

Let me know if more information is needed and I will get what I can.
