Dell S2240t not recognoized through ACP71USZ

I just replace my Lenovo dock with a Tagus ACP71USZ and everything works great, except my Dell S2240t is not recognized by the Dell Display Manager. The monitor works, I just can't change settings with the Display Manager.

If I plug the HDMI directly into the ThinkPad Yoga, the display is recognized. I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit.

All drivers seem to be up to date.

DisplayLink Core 7.8.63104.0
DisplayLink Graphics 7.8.63153.0

Any ideas about how to get the Dell display to be recognized?
