USB Ports don't work Dell D3100 Dock

Hi,

I've got a Dell XPS15 hooked up to dual monitors through a Dell D3100 dock. All works well, displays are okay, and Ethernet works.

However, NONE of the USB ports on the dock actually function??

Pen Drives, Mice, Keyboards etc just simply do not get detected and don't function??

Anyone else have this issue?

Running Windows 8.1

I do have an 'Unspecified Device' listed called "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)"

Any advice would be appreciated?
