[SOLVED]
Hi, I use quite a lot the USB 2.0 ports on my Dell D3100. The devices I plug into the two 2.0 ports are not recognized anymore - for instance my Logitech Unifying Dongle (however recognized on the USB 3.0 ports). As the Logitech Dongle is a USB 2.0 device, I want to use it in the USB 2.0 ports to free the 3.0 ports as I need them for USB 3.0 items. Help please ! Update: this was frustrating. I powered my computer and the Dell D3100 down, took a break, clean re-installed W10, and now it is back working. I think the powering down might have been the trick.
