No extension of monitors after installing windows 10

Hi
I have installed windows 10 recently and I don't see my second monitor anymore.
I installed http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/sla.php?fileid=165
this, but doesn't install and gives me error, I am unable to install it. Please see snapshot.

Please let me know what should I do?

You'll need to download the latest graphics drivers for your system.
