Hi, i have 3 HP All-in-one and all are using your usb-vga adapter. The computers completely freezes and i have to reboot them manually once or twice a day. Do you have some history about this? Can it be the adapters the root of this problem? Thanks

Hello,
DisplayLink doesn't design or manufacture any end product. Therefore I don't know which device you are using. I don't see a reason for an adapter made by someone using our technology to freeze the full computer, however I don't have any data available on your machine to comment. If you could capture the logs when the issue is present or soon after, that might tell us something. My forum signature details how to gather the log file in a zip archive. Regards, Alban
