Cannot install driver - no Fresco or other software

Hi,

I tried to install the driver, but it always said there is a USB graphics software installed from a different vendor and has to be installed. But there is no other USB graphics installed when I look at the add/remove programs.

I have attached the analysis.

Can somebody help? Thanks!!!

Hello Eric,
Have you executed the instruction described in the page you were presented with?

FLxHCIv service exists and if you follow the list of commands, it will be removed.
