Monitor flickers, displaylink doesn't work after Windows update

This describes my issue:

Windows Update ran, my Dell laptop screen and HDMI monitor would just flicker repeatedly and my third monitor connected to displaylink wouldn't turn on.

Things I've done:

• Uninstalled Displaylink from Programs
  uninstalled all drivers, visible+hidden in Device Manager
  edited the registry as described in the link above
  Tried older windows 10 drivers as well as the latest

Still no luck. Attached is my log. Thanks!
