display link deleted by windows today :(

After the latest Update a nice note in my system tray alerted me that Displaylink will no longer be supported and has been removed from my computer. Version 1607 Build 14393.222 I believe it also said that running the software would cause damage to my OS..not sure about that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. abritabroad

Hello,

The message is a bit misleading... The old driver version was removed on purpose and Windows will have fetched the new version from Windows Update.
Should your device not worked on this new version of Windows 10, the last link in my forum signature details how to gather the logs for analysis.
