Help please CVS 2604

Hello I have just received a Club DisplayLink plugged evertything in but it just is not working. Drivers downloaded, even alpha version.
Now I am wondering does mine need power or something? There was no cable in the box.

The DisplayLink is: CSV 2604

Unfortunately I don't really know what product you are talking about as we don't make any.

If so, it doesn't need power, it is bus powered.
