DisplayLink freezing video on 2nd monitort

I have a Windows laptop which is recently fully refurbished. It runs smoothly, except for the DisplayLink freezing up the external monitor four to five times a day.

I've followed the tech notes and am now submitting my DisplayLink diagnostic output file.

It's Windows 7 Pro on a Windows Domain.

Core i7.

My diagnostic file is enclosed.
