Hi,
I have a Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10 1709. Since installing the latest feature update my Surface no longer detects the ethernet port or display adapters. I've run the cleaner tool and installed 8.4 M0 but no luck. If I plug the Dynadock into a Windows 8 laptop I have, then it works fine. In device manger there is no dynadock ethernet listed, neither is there anything under other devices. Thanks Last edited by craig24; 12-22-2017 at 12:40 PM. |

Hello,
Thank you for describing the issue and posting the logs. You can indeed see that there is no device visible in Device Manager. This can't be a driver problem as, for Windows to choose a driver, Windows must first be able to see the device and recognise it. I recommend you contact the manufacturer, Toshiba, for hardware support as I don't see how this could be addressed with a software update. Kind regards, Alban
