Dell Docking station D6000 and VisionTek SL-DVI Active Adapter

Hi, we are having issues with DisplayLink using bot the Dell D6000 and D3100 docking station when using a VisionTek SL-DVI active adapter. From what I read, DisplayLink recommends using active adapters but for some reason these adapters do not work. Issue is we have a ton of these adapters in our environment and its causing a lot of heartburn.

Looking to see if anyone has come across this issue and if there is any solutions to allow DisplayLink to work with the VisionTek.

Hello,

The last link in my forum signature explains how to create a ticket with the log files.
This will be necessary to comment as we don't have any data here to comment on, unfortunately.
Also useful would be a description of the symptoms.
