I bought D6000 recently and out of the box it worked correctly (two monitors over USB A and three monitors over USB C). I'm using it with two laptops (Asus Zenbook Pro Duo and Lenovo P50, both support alternate mode). Had no problems with first one but on P50 i encountered issue with mouse and keyboard lagging. This made me to update firmware on D6000 to:
D6000 controller: 0019 TI PD controller: 01020109 PR converter: 0B7D GL HUB1: 8816 GL HUB2: 8817 This update broke three monitor support on the Asus Zenbook Pro Duo and right now only two monitors works on both USB A and USB C. Issue with mouse and keyboard still exists on P50. I used second D6000 from my work and it exibits the same issues. Is there anything that i can do? Everything is updated to the latest. I'd like to downgrade firmware but i don't see a possibility. I had no single problem with D3100 and i'm pretty disappointed with this implementation. It was pretty obvious that this will cause nothing but issues compared to displaylink only outputs. Last edited by Nethval; 04-16-2020 at 04:11 PM. |
