Switching between Profiles

I just recently purchased my D600 Dock to work with my MacBook Pro 2018 and seems to work fine when I log into one profile but if I want to switch from one profile to another it will not allow me to use the external Monitor. It will display the monitor but I cant get my mouse over to it. If I switch back to the other profile it works fine.

Anyone have an issue like this?
