Ubuntu 16.04 - no external monitors detected

Hi,

I was able to install displaylink legacy available for 17.04 (also supports my version 16.04) successfully but I don't see any external monitors (2 Dell 24 inch monitors) in the display settings. I did power cycle monitors, Plugable USB3.0 docking station and my laptop.

I have attached the zip file generated by the displaylink support tool. Can you help figure out the issue?
