Which Dock to connects M1 MBP to 2 Dell U2721DE monitors?

Hi everyone

I would like to know which dock I need to connect my. M1 MacBook Pro to two Dell U2721DE monitors.

I did read, that both the Dell 6000 and Dell 3100 should work. But I also read, that some have issues with them. As I understand, does the Dell D3100 in contrary to the Dell D6000 not charge the MBP.

Sorry, if I missed some information what a best possible set up could look like.
