[DELL D6000] How to turn on MacBook Pro with lid closed

Hello,

I've recently purchased a Dell D6000 but I can't understand how to turn on my MacBook Pro 13 2020 with lid closed. Before the docking station, I used an USB-C Hub and the computer turn on simply plugging the Hub. This is not happening with the docking station: what I'm doing wrong?

The DisplayLink drivers are updated to last stable version and the docking station is updated to last firmware available.
