Dell D6000 all USB ports are not functioning with peripherals

My Dell D6000 Docking station's USB 3.0 ports are not registering peripherals when they are plugged in, but the peripherals work fine when plugged directly into the laptop. The issue is consistent even when using different computers.

I attempted to update the firmware, but the update manager is stuck at "D6000 device is not detected"
I also attempted to reinstall DisplayLink Driver and USB drivers, and unplugging the docking station but these steps did not solve the issue.

Can anyone provide troubleshooting advice for this issue?
