Default Black Bars on top and bottom

Hey,

for 1-2 months (I think since Ventura 13.1 was installed) I have two black bars on top and bottom of my two Mateview 28". Before it worked perfectly for 4 months.

Following setup:

Macboook Pro 16" (2019) with Ventura 13.1,
2 Mateview 28" displays connected via Wavlink WL-UG69PD5 and Displayport (on Wavlink site) to MiniDP (on Mateview) for each of the displays.

Any clue on this issue?

Best,
Björn
