Lightbulb Clamshell mode not working on Mac M1 and Quuge 7in1 dock

Hi all

I have Mac Pro 2020 connected to a Quuge 7in1 dock which is also connected to a Samsung Ultrawide monitor 5k via HDMI 2.1. When the lid is open, it works perfectly but when I close it, the external monitor doesn't show anything. I believe it has to do with the Displaylink software doesn't recognize the dock properly.

What do you think? I've tried several solutions but nothing works.
PD. When I used the same monitor but just half of the screen, the clamshell mode works.
