Hi.
I have a 2019 Intel MacBook Pro (2019) 2.6GHz running Sonoma 14.6.1 I use a Dell D6000 docking station that is DisplayLink compatible. I have two 32" Samsung monitors. With this setup, I used to run displaylink and never had any problems with 2 external monitors (one extended; one mirrored of my laptop screen). I went travelling for a year and setup my system exactly as I did before and now I can't get displaylink to work at all. It is greyed out in my task bar. I cannot get my Mac to recognize two displays even with displaylink running. It only ever shows one external display in Display settings so I know this is a DisplayLink issue. ![]() WHAT I HAVE TRIED... Screen recording permissions = OK. Delete and reinstall displaylink (I have latest version - 1.10.3 Run multiple different wires to display (HDMI-HDMI for both; HDMI-HDMI & DisplayPort-DisplayPort; DP-DP for both; many different wires for each option). I have used a different docking station (Dell one and another dual monitor one, LINK: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0CP3JT77Y?...t_details&th=1 I don't know what to do!! I really need this fixed. I have tried EVERYTHING. I've downloaded the DisplayLink Support tool and have sent in a ticket, but no response. |
