Dell D6000 Ethernet Local Network No Permission on Mac

Hi, I don't know if this is correct forum to ask question about on my D6000 using my Mac. The ethernet is working and can access the internet but when I try to access my router and home server it didn't see them. I think display link does not prompt a ask permission to allow local network to access it.
