Hello,
I keep getting black screens on both monitors (Dell P2418D) randomly. The monitors are connected to a MacBook Pro (2017 13-inch) using Ventura 13.7.1 And I am currently using the latest Display Link Manager driver (1.11.0 Build 28). It looks like every time I have apps with video (e.g., MS Teams sessions with participants with their cameras on; or when displaying YouTube videos), both monitors go black. What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting I need to tweak to prevent the random black screens? Thanks in advance for any help or guidance. J.C. |
